We are looking for a skilled female Web Developer who is capable of building the website/App with the specifications described below for our Women’s Networking Club. The Web Developer we choose will also be offered the position of CIO on the Board of Directors for our organization. Please email us your resume along with links to show any work you’ve done in the past if interested… We plan to build an exclusive social networking website for our Women’s Networking Club where members can build their own profiles and communicate with other members, RSVP to events on our monthly events calendar, post and apply to job postings, and rate business professionals on our member rated Business Professional Data Base. We encourage women to voice their opinions eloquently on our Business Professional Data base where members can rate and review CoWorkers, Bosses, Colleagues, Associates and anyone who they’ve had a professional experience with. No Members will be able to share their own personal experiences and can add Business Professionals who they have worked with in the past to the database and rate their profiles by giving them up to 5 stars and either “Leaving a Compliment” or “Forming a Complaint”. More than four stars and 90%+ Compliments earns these Industry Professionals the status as a “Highly Recommended” Business Professional. The “Highly Recommended” Business Professionals will be honored and invited to give a speech at one of our exclusive Women’s Networking events to promote services. Less than two stars and more than 70%+ “Complaints” labels these Industry flops with a “Red Flag Alert” that warns and alerts our club members. This data base will help our members to identify and differentiate the true legitimate Business Professionals while avoiding those who are unprofessional. Members will be able to create their own member profiles on the website/App where they can send messages, post photos, videos, resume, contact info, and links to website or other social media. Member profiles can view and create job postings and apply/submit their resume to any jobs posted by other members. We want to encourage our members to help give other women the opportunity to apply for jobs that will advance their careers. Members will gain access to all of the features described for a monthly membership fee of $19.99 per month.
