A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Printer and Flatbed Cutter Technician to build a career and join a growing major supplier of Large Format Printers, Cutters and Software.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team, based in Osborne Park. You will be responsible for direct on-site service maintenance, break and fix along with associated phone and remote support, including operational training.

• Installation and training of Wide Format Printers, Cutters and Software.
• Diagnose and trouble shoot mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Work collaboratively with Colleagues and Manufacturer support teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and operational expertise enhanced.
• Maintain client data on company systems.

About You

A successful applicant will demonstrate the following.

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing, mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical schematics.
