We are Humanforce!   Learn more about your new workplace at humanforce.com   Working out of the Sydney HQ, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Finance with finalising monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will undertake monthly revenue reconciliation and review and month end procedures for the group of companies. What you will be responsible for?

  • Monthly Reconciliation between CRM / Billing System / Accounting System
  • Managing customer accounts in the Billing System and CRM
  • Managing the AR and AP team and assisting them with queries
  • Year-end audits
  • Maintaining internal control systems
  • Taking responsibility for the Trial Balance
  • Implementing and monitoring procedures and controls
  • Financial Risk Identification and mitigation
  • Maintain fixed assets register and general ledger reconciliation

What does our ideal candidate look like?

  • Financial or Accounting bachelor’s degree
  • Previous exposure to a finance team environment 
  • Experience using CRM systems and Chargify
  • Solid understanding of payroll and bookkeeping functions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in workforce management industry or a SaaS environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to effectively communicated with Internal and External Stakeholders
