An exciting opportunity for a motivated civil engineering drafter to join a growing company, delivering civil drawing to our construction team. You are expected to complete the following duties and responsibilities.

• interpreting construction drawings in conjunction with site plans and discussion/instructions provided by the supervisor or client or result from site inspections;
• preparing accurate and highly detailed 2D and 3D drawings and plans using nominated software such as iScaff, AutoCAD and others;
• preparing detailed and accurate inventory/pack list calculated on the prepared drawings;
• working according to the Australian construction standards and practices; and computer- based technologies relevant to your role;

·        estimating quantities of materials needed for construction, Participate in cost analysis by calculating material costs.

• collaborating with industry partners to deliver specialised designs to suit unique projects; and,
• undertaking ongoing training as required.
