We are seeking a qualified and experienced accountant to work for our group.
Your duties include but not limited to:
· Preparing financial information including sales, expenses, payroll details, and GST to the head-office and supporting in lodgement of BAS and tax returns.
· Preparing month-end financial statements and cooperating with the Finance Manager.
· Analyzing and reviewing financial information and providing financial advice on business plans, operations, and tax matters.
· Compiling and analysing account information and preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries.
· Analyzing business performance and assisting in providing advice on financial budget and other financial planning matters.
· Preparing financial forecasts on revenue and expenditures and schedule required payment. · Maintaining financial database and proposing risk control procedures.
· Ensuring information accuracy and resolving internal and external account discrepancies where required.
· Providing advises on associated record-keeping for daily operations. Supporting head office with account reconciliation.
Required Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in accounting
· At least 3 years’ experience as an accountant
· Previous experience with payroll timekeeping software packages
· In depth experience of MYOB or Xero accounting packages, all modules including asset registers and depreciation schedules
