Looking for seasoned designers with 6-12 years of experience (mid-designer to design director level) for long-term freelance project with global brand and design studio.

-Experience in packaging, design systems, brand development and visual identity

-Ability to work efficiently and independently while still collaborating with larger design team

-Motion and 3D experience a plus

Details:

-Hybrid work preferred (2 days a week in NYC studio) but open to fully remote work as long as candidate is on Eastern time within U.S.

-Reports to creative director

-40 hours per week - 9:30 - 5:30 (no weekends or overtime)

Compensation Range: $58.17 - $98.32 / hour. This is the pay range Turner Duckworth believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Turner Duckworth reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria has been met.
