About You

We're looking for an Art Director with more than a few years of experience collaborating with top creative talent to produce concepts, campaigns, and experiences for big brands. You should be a true artist and an entrepreneurial spirit who knows how to make things move. You should be willing to take risks and be vulnerable when it comes to your work, your communication, and your ideas. And you should care about causing great relationships as much as great work.

You Have

• 4+ years in an art direction role
• An award-winning portfolio
• A sharp mind that makes potent connections
• A love for solving business problems
• A penchant for presenting, pitching, and persuading
• A strong desire and above average ability to collaborate and bring out the best in others
• A high level of organization and project management skills
• Authentic self expression whether on a film set, at a client event, or in a boardroom
• An ability to be highly present and generate flow in your work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
