TheART DIRECTORis responsible for assisting in planning and executing design and other visual materials in advertisements, print and digital. Together with the artists and designers, they make reports to the Senior Art Director and complete tasks on visual projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Concept, design and content development on multiple accounts.

  • In-depth understanding of requirements for different media channels and ability to integrate cross platform.

  • Manage all assignments, tasks and collaborate with internal teams so that the client's expectations are exceeded within deadlines.

  • Hybrid skill set that helps contribute beyond design to web development, video editing, photo retouching, motion graphics, etc..

  • Discuss presentation concepts and client requirements with the creative or production department heads.

  • Together with Lead Creative, develops conceptual design solutions. Re-evaluate materials to make sure that it matches the standards and requirements set by the company.

  • Contribute to photo shoots and video production.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • You have a BA/BS in art or a related design field such as fine arts, digital media or visual communications.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Art Direction.

  • You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

  • After effects/motion/video editing skills is abigplus.

  • Experience with photo shoots and video production.

  • You are able to effectively manage multiple things, competing priorities, and several requests at one time, through intentional time management and good prioritization.

  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Possess a strong work ethic with a high degree of self-motivation.

  • Candidates should be able to present a portfolio demonstrating their work experience, style and skills when applying for this position.

  • Be open-minded to new ideas, able to effectively communicate with others, and be passionate about advertising.
