ABOUT THE TEAM
The Digital team at BerlinRosen powers the digital and social media campaigns of some of the nations most ambitious foundations, real estate companies, innovative tech companies, impactful racial justice organizations and progressive political and advocacy campaigns. From the steps of the Supreme Court to Silicon Valley, to the border in Texas, to the boardrooms in New York, our team builds momentum, creates buzz and drives action with digital strategies, paid advertising, content creation, social media, and online organizing.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Digital Art Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes an audience engage with design. This is a unique opportunity to influence campaigns for clients leading innovation across different industries from issue advocacy to global architecture and everything in between. Reporting to and working closely with our Senior Vice President, Art Direction, you will collaborate with a small hands-on design team to execute social/digital concepts for our clients. You will translate content strategies and brand narratives into powerful storytelling experiences across the digital space. Your ideas should engage targeted audiences in relevant yet unexpected ways.
To succeed as a Digital Art Director, you must be a champion for digital-first, creative storytelling with excellent communication and project/time management skills. You should be willing to push boundaries yet refine ideas into relevant and fresh creative for our clients while also staying within the confines set by a clients brand or audience.
Note: BerlinRosen staff are currently working from home. Our offices will reopen in a hybrid model (date TBD). Our return to office plan is contingent on public health safety protocols. On an optional basis, our DC and NY offices are currently open to staff (with proof of vaccination). This position is currently available for a remote location within the United States, though an eventual location in New York City is preferred.
