About the Opportunity

LRO Staffing is partnered with a Web Development Agency in the Nation’s capital experiencing exciting growth! We are currently seeking a CTO to lead the development team (7 persons), champion best practice, select tech stack, attend meetings/presentations & execute on overall deliverables.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Background in web development – LAMP Stack
• 4 years experience working with Drupal (building RESTful APIs, custom module coding)
• Motivated to lead a team of 7 developers
• Someone who can help instill a culture of collaboration / accountability

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Desire to champion a group and help drive future states
• Background in PHP Web development
• Experience working with Drupal
• Can conduct Tech audits, establish best practice, conduct tech presentations

About the Job

The client is in Ottawa, east of the core. The position is currently REMOTE. The environment is an agency, supporting multiple clients.
