Data Entry

***This is a 2-3 month contract. 

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry
  • Issue credits
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Identify new business opportunities 
  • Meet sales quotas by following quotes, upselling, and cross-selling products and services
  • Identify, recommend, or provide solutions to customer needs
  • Follow up regularly after sale to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure appropriate customer order fulfillment
  • Manage full customer order process including order intake, confirmation, and analysis to ensure optimal ship date
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Must be proficient with computers. 
  • Must have keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour DOE

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15 - $19 per hour DOE
