Medical supply company looking to add a Data Entry Specialist to join their busy Sales Operations Team.

Responsibilities will include data entry and administrative support including, but not limited to:

• Review and enter sales team orders and customer POs for accuracy based on current pricing, programs, and licensing requirements

• Review and process electronically generated emergency kit refill orders and EDI orders

• Simple verifications of doctor and facility licenses for RX purchases

• Managing customer backorders

• Process requests for online training codes and provide training codes to customers

• Prepare production QC paperwork and shipping documents for daily shipping batches

• Problem solve by researching within the database, email exchanges, and

appropriate personnel throughout the company

• Review, scan, and file completed QC paperwork weekly

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.

• Sort, process, and prep outgoing customer invoices to be mailed

• Daily metrics and reports as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

MUST:

• Minimum of 55-65 WPM (words per minute)

• Minimum of 9000 KPH (keystrokes per hour) using 10-key - only numeric

• Prior experience entering custom/technical orders

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented team player

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing

accuracy

NICE:

• Ability to complete tasks on-time and accurately without close supervision

• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
