Seeking candidates with open availability for an exciting Temp-to-Hire role motivated for a call center data entry opportunity!

2nd Shift Call Center Position- no call center experience required to work for a family owned and operated call center to help serve the telephone needs of medical and business clients. This job is an office environment and requires communicating verbally with customers on the telephone and entering data via a computer terminal.

 

Position Requirements:

- Bilingual Preferred

- Customer Service Preferred

- Typing Skills of 30 WPM

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Strong basic computer skills

• Call volume: Varies from moderate to heavy

• Stress Level: Low to moderate
