Job Description


PRIMARY FUNCTION: To maintain the accuracy and integrity of the customer database, customer contracts, and customer account receivable balances.


  • Contract administration - create customers, enter new contracts and update renewals
  • Maintain status of customers - active, terminated, or on hold
  • Update route accounting daily sales invoices
  • Create route accounting delivery tickets
  • Report daily sales to management
  • Apply and reconcile daily route deposits
  • Process account billing changes and special deliveriesĀ 
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit cards
  • Process customer statements monthly
  • Post payments and print statements for Premier Janitorial using Quickbooks
  • Review Accounts Receivable Aging ReportĀ 
  • Backup for customer service
  • Backup for front desk
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned

  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skillsĀ 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Accounting preferred but not required
