ROUTE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To maintain the accuracy and integrity of the customer database, customer contracts, and customer account receivable balances.
Responsibilities:
- Contract administration - create customers, enter new contracts and update renewals
- Maintain status of customers - active, terminated, or on hold
- Update route accounting daily sales invoices
- Create route accounting delivery tickets
- Report daily sales to management
- Apply and reconcile daily route deposits
- Process account billing changes and special deliveries
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit cards
- Process customer statements monthly
- Post payments and print statements for Premier Janitorial using Quickbooks
- Review Accounts Receivable Aging Report
- Backup for customer service
- Backup for front desk
- Perform other related job duties as assigned

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Education:
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Accounting preferred but not required
