Workday is looking for a Technical Presales Solution Consultant to join our Medium Enterprise net-new presales team.

If you have a deep technical knowledge of enterprise software, prior presales experience (or related experience presenting and influencing at executive level), passionate about digital transformation and technology innovation within the enterprise space, and bring a strong competitive attitude while staying focused on attaining individual and collective goals; This is your chance to be part of a high performing presales solutions consulting team here at Workday and to lead our efforts in demonstrating Workday’s industry leading solutions and technologies to prospective new customers. 

Workday presales consultants lead interactive presales discovery meetings by leveraging your technical skills in Enterprise Software. And through their polished presales presentation abilities, Workday presales consultants provide Executive and operational user presentations to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday. Presales consultants help expand the adoption of Workday’s business solution offerings while articulating the foundational strengths of Workday’s multi-tenant SaaS architecture as a key differentiator, ultimately providing our sales teams with a competitive advantage and the ability to win!

Qualifications - Your experience and technical expertise include:

Depth of experience in leading interactive discovery meetings including the exploration of current technologies, operational models and business challenges.

Ability to translate discovery findings and present transformative enterprise wide cloud solutions to influence change at an organization.

Proven ability and comfort in facilitating deep technical reviews with IT organizations and building a trusted relationship with the office of the CIO.

Ability to take complex technical concepts and present them to business users to help them differentiate the value of modern cloud technologies.

Unrivaled presentation and product demonstration skills. Experience presenting to the CIO, CFO, CHRO and CEO a plus.

Working in a team environment, leading collaboration efforts and sharing new ideas to support achieving collective team goals.

3-5 years of technical SaaS presales expertise or related expertise in leading digital transformation and value driven influential selling.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn, apply and recommend technology based solutions to address business outcomes.

Experience in enterprise business intelligence architectures including people analytics, financial reporting, business reporting and analysis, and ERP technologies.

Knowledge and understanding of software and infrastructure security along with proficiency in cloud security concepts such as risk mitigation, data privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Knowledge and understanding of enterprise integration concepts including web services, encryption services and middleware technologies.

Familiarity with designing, developing, deploying or configuring cloud architected products or PaaS products.

BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field

Ability to travel 40-60%
