Role Overview

We are looking for a User Experience obsessed Program Manager to join our growing team of creative visionaries. You will have the opportunity to help create design features and experiences for our user-centric native apps, in-vehicle display screens, and other creative Fisker experiences. You will collaborate effectively with multiple internal cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and researchers, as well as interact closely with Fisker customers to deliver experiences our users love. You are a lifelong learner and voracious problem-solver. Our ideal candidate is inspired by the future of automotive design and technology and passionate about creating disruptive, groundbreaking, bleeding edge automotive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide forward, innovative thinking about the future of connected vehicles

• Primary driver of the executions of user experience product vision, strategy, roadmaps, milestones, sprint plans, priorities and goals

• Ensures successful collaboration of deliverables and dependencies between cross-functional teams

• Maximizes team efficiency and health in a high pressure ever-evolving environment

• Understands product design process from exploration, concept, and development of entire design systems, inclusive of user interfaces, connected data and interaction models

• Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

• Stay current with latest trends in automotive design as well as consumer electronics, product, fashion, architectural and related design fields

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in product management

• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills

• Clear understanding of design process, experience managing of system and product feature design

• Experience driving requirements for adaptable design that work across desktop, mobile, web and native applications

• PASSION for automotive HMI design and knowledge of current automotive design trends and technology

• Experience working low fidelity to high fidelity proving concepts and ideas through functional prototypes

• Ability to travel and work long hours
