We are hiring for a Data Entry Representative in Purchase, NY. We are seeking a candidate with accurate typing, data entry skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to perform a high amount of of data entry, very repetative with minor changes in details. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. This position is paying between $17.00-$19.00/hour. If this sounds the right position for you, please apply! Responsibilities

• Facilitate item setup and product management of such items at a very high volume.
• Check and respond to over 250 emails a day to ensure a quick turnaround for the assigned region.
• Update pricing, weight and colors on items as requests come in.
• Resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately and respond with confirmation emails.
• Input certification information changes to an excel file.
• Maintain SKU numbers checking for accuracy.
• Work with suppliers to ensure correct specs and pricing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Two (2) years data entry experience.
• Excellent data entry and math skills.
• Ability to work independently with  organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Ability to handle various tasks at once as well as multitasking 
• Expert communication skills.
• Punctuality is a must.
