• Performs routine clerical and/or typing/word (data entry) processing duties related to work unit in accordance with specific instructions for established work procedures requiring limited decision-making. 
• Enters records, pre-coded or open format data from source documents; verifies entered data manually and/or visually; detects data entry errors.
• Files correspondence, reports and other materials alphabetically, numerically or by other prescribed method.
• Operates office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, or other equipment found in work unit.
• Completes or enters data to departmental forms, making routine calculations and checking information for accuracy.
• Process documents or forms according to instructions.
