Inside Technology Sales: US Remote About this position: ICON Worldwide is a Swiss Design & Technology Company with offices in Zurich and Sofia, Bulgaria.  We build and maintain web and software products for some of the world’s largest organisations.  As we expand into the US market, we are looking for an ambitious, well connected sales representative to introduce us to agencies and brands.   In the current market, high-quality, low-cost, software development is simultaneously in high-demand and highly competitive.  Different from many nearshore teams, we work to build direct personal relationships with our clients and maintain consistent teams who work as an extension of a business. Built by agency’s for agency’s: ICON was built by US and European agency veterans, we understand how hard it is for agencies to find, afford and retain an expert, full-stack development team.  And we understand the unique dynamics of building for creative shops. In this role, you will reach out to agencies directly- by email and phone.  We’ll provide you with leads and you may prospect on your own.  Ideally, you’ve worked in the business before and bring a full rolodex of contacts with you to help you get in the door. Who You Are

• A motivated person who loves to control your own destiny.
• Fantastic on the phone and awesome with email.
• Disciplined enough to maintain great activity…and document it in our CRM.
• Optimistic, patient, and hard working.
• Comfortable learning about and discussing technology.
• (Bonus) A former agency or media sales person with an existing contact list.
• (Bonus) You understand web development and can talk about technology.

What You’ll Do

• Work remotely, on your own schedule.
• Use our suite of sales tools to connect with prospects.
• Connect with leads you are provided
• Prospect your own leads
• Log sales activity like a champion
• Learn about new technology and help craft compelling messaging strategies
• Cut through the massive email clutter our prospects receive to reach real people with our message

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only position with a highly-competitive commission structure.  Your goal will be to build relationships which secure long-term revenue streams.
