About the Company

Australia International Construction College (AICC) provides accredited training and assessment services across selected trade and professional courses. The College delivers training through a combination of classroom-based instruction, practical workshops, and workplace-related assessment, supported by qualified trainers and compliant training resources. AICC’s operations include student enrolment and administration, course delivery, assessment, compliance management, and ongoing student support, all conducted in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will play a critical role in managing AICC’s office operations, supporting staff and students, and ensuring the smooth delivery of educational services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administration or educational operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Office Operations & Administration

Oversee daily office functions, manage correspondence, and maintain administrative systems to support staff and students.

  1. Student Administration & Support

Assist with enrolments, course scheduling, student records, and provide guidance on administrative procedures.

  1. Financial & Compliance Management

Monitor invoicing, payments, and ensure compliance with Australian education regulations and internal policies.

  1. Staff Coordination & Liaison

Support teaching and administrative staff, coordinate meetings, and maintain relationships with external vendors and regulatory bodies.

  1. Process Improvement & Reporting

Identify opportunities to enhance office procedures, contribute to policy development, and prepare operational reports for management.

Skills and Experience

  1. Proven experience in office management, administration, or education operations.
  2. Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  4. Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements for educational institutions (RTO or CRICOS experience preferred).
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
  6. Proficient in office software, student management systems, and digital communication tools.

Essential Criteria

  1. Business Administration, Management, or a related major field.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in office management or educational administration.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of Australian vocational education compliance requirements.
  4. Strong leadership, coordination, and organisational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
