We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role involves pricing residential and commercial construction projects and supporting jobs from quoting through to handover.

This would suit someone with estimating experience who wants steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects
2. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
3. Measure quantities and build pricing based on project requirements
4. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members
5. Assist with tenders, quotations, and project handover documentation

Requirements

Essential

1. Proven experience in construction estimating
2. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
3. Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills

Preferred

1. Experience in roofing, cladding, or trade-based construction projects
2. Familiarity with estimating software or Excel-based costing systems
