Job Summary
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating Hapana’s marketing strategy to support company growth, product adoption, and market expansion. This role provides strategic leadership across product marketing, go-to-market planning, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
You will lead and oversee marketing initiatives across the full product lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership. The role is accountable for defining marketing priorities, guiding execution through your team and cross-functional partners, and ensuring that marketing activities effectively support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. This is a senior leadership role focused on setting direction, managing resources, and evaluating performance, rather than solely executing individual marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
? Plan, develop and direct Hapana’s global marketing strategy across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments to support revenue growth and market expansion.
? Lead market expansion initiatives, setting regional priorities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and market presence.
? Direct brand strategy and market positioning, shaping Hapana’s narrative, messaging, tone and visual identity as the business scales globally.
? Plan and oversee go-to-market strategies for major product launches and platform initiatives (including the next-generation platform), ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales and Customer Success.
? Direct product positioning, value propositions and competitive differentiation by segment, including adoption and customer migration messaging.
? Analyse market conditions, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategic priorities and input into pricing/packaging decisions.
? Oversee demand generation and pipeline programs, including ABM for Mid-Market and Enterprise, optimising performance across key channels and regions.
? Manage marketing budgets, resources and performance reporting (e.g., pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, conversion and brand engagement) to optimise ROI and sustainable growth.
? Oversee marketing operations and technology (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution and ABM tools) to ensure scalable, measurable execution.
? Lead and develop the marketing team across brand, content, product marketing and demand generation, and coordinate delivery with Sales, Product, RevOps, Finance and executive leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
? Extensive experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
? Demonstrated ability to plan, direct and coordinate marketing strategy at organisational and regional levels, with accountability for commercial outcomes.
? Proven experience leading go-to-market strategy for major product launches/platform releases, including positioning, segmentation, messaging and adoption planning.
? Strong capability in demand generation and pipeline growth, including overseeing scalable programs and ABM initiatives for larger accounts.
? Experience using market and competitor insights to guide strategy, prioritisation and measurable marketing plans.
? Proven people leadership experience managing teams across multiple marketing functions and driving cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product leadership.
? Experience managing budgets, resource allocation and performance measurement using core metrics (pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversion and brand engagement).
? Familiarity with modern marketing operations and technology stacks (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution and ABM platforms).
? Leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams.
? Bonus: experience in the fitness, wellness, or vertical SaaS industry.
