MARKETING COORDINATOR

Sentek Pty Ltd is an international market leader of the provision of soil moisture, salinity & temperature sensors, data transmission, cloud-based irrigation management software and irrigation control and automation.

We are seeking a permanent full-time motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our marketing initiatives.

Based in Stepney, South Australia, the ideal candidate will be accountable to the Manager Group Sales & Marketing and liaises with Sentek Sales & Marketing Staff, Engineering, Agronomic RnD, Distributors, Dealers, Customers, Production & Logistics, Galcon and Sentek head office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with outside agencies as required
2. Produce regular Bulletins/Newsletters
3. Customer, dealer and staff surveys
4. Updating webstore/website with relevant content from Tech writer
5. MailChimp email communications of any new developments
6. Maintain all contacts within the communication categories (eg Sentek solution, integrators, end users)
7. Liaise with other departments for case study material, newsletter content, website updates
8. Order branded signs, pens, clothing etc
9. Branded logo/animation options and systems
10. Promo videos (YouTube channel)
11. Produce standard, tradeshow and customised brochures/handouts/pdfs
12. Facilitate back-end website maintenance
13. News stories/events
14. Updating Distributor details and maintain CRM
15. Product and Support Content communication
16. Update Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / LinkedIn
17. Facilitate advertisement creation
18. Online promotions eg Google, publications
19. Print and online advertisement/editorial placement
20. Co-branding with Dealers/Integrators
21. Facilitate with Regional Management regarding timely booking, set-up and delivery at tradeshows, virtual events

4. Ability to grasp a strong understanding of the applications and benefits of Galcon and Sentek products, as well as key markets in which they are applied
5. Task focused and self-disciplined
6. Excellent organisational and communication skills
7. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
