The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to support the contract and procurement processes for high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered to our exacting standards of luxury, quality, budget, and timeline.

This role works closely with Project Managers and Directors to support the delivery of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support and administer end-to-end contract processes including drafting, review, execution, and documentation under the direction of the Project Manager.
  2. Assist in the procurement of premium materials, custom fixtures, and specialist subcontractors in line with design and sustainability requirements.
  3. Monitor and coordinate contract compliance, variations, cost control, and payment claims.
  4. Facilitate contract-related communication between project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  5. Support adherence to Australian building codes, industry standards, and company sustainability goals.
  6. Assist in contract-related dispute resolution in accordance with company procedures and senior management guidance.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Reporting Line

This position reports directly to the Project Manager and operates within the company’s established project management structure.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  1. A Diploma or higher qualification
  2. At least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience in a contract administration or project support role.

Skills & Competencies

  1. Excellent organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills with a strong attention to detail.
  2. Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate information flow between stakeholders.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision.
  4. Proficiency in contract management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Benefits

• Remuneration: A competitive salary package commensurate with Sydney market standards. The expected annual salary range is $110,000 – $130,000 AUD + Superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
