Your Role

As our Landscape Architect, you’ll be at the heart of translating client aspirations into tangible, sustainable outdoor spaces. Your key responsibilities will include:

1.Lead the full lifecycle of residential landscape design, balancing aesthetic vision, functional requirements, and sustainable design principles.

2.Integrate multicultural client preferences and local design standards to develop concepts that feel authentic and market-relevant.

3.Ensure design compliance with regional planning regulations and guidelines, while optimizing cost-efficiency and long-term maintainability.

4.Provide expert guidance on design direction, material selections, and plant palettes to enhance user experience and property appeal.

5.Stay abreast of industry trends, sustainable practices, and design innovations to infuse fresh ideas into project deliverables.

Who You Are

1.Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture/Design or related field.

2.Proven experience in residential landscape design (2+ years preferred), with a portfolio showcasing your ability to balance aesthetics, sustainability, and client needs.

3.Strong communication skills to collaborate with multicultural teams and clients.

4.Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
