About the Position:

The Program or Project Administrator plays a vital support role at Arta Floor Pty Ltd, coordinating and administering the company's flooring projects and operational programs to ensure smooth delivery, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance. This position involves managing administrative aspects of residential and light commercial installations, facilitating communication between teams, suppliers, and clients, and contributing to efficient project outcomes in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and undertake administration of organisational programs, special projects, and support services related to flooring supply and installation.
  2. Coordinate resources, team members, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  3. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare reports on status, risks, and variations.
  4. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, contracts, and correspondence.
  5. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure clear communication.
  6. Support procurement of materials and services, and assist with quality control and compliance processes.

Requirements:

  1. Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
  2. Minimum Diploma in the field.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Program or Project Administrator or in a related field.
  4. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and installation teams.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar) and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  7. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle project variations or unexpected challenges common in construction/flooring projects.
