Job Title: PHP Developer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a PHP Developer to join our client’s Web Development team and play a key role in building and enhancing business applications. This position involves collaborating with architecture and solutions teams to implement new frameworks, guide development best practices, and mentor agile software teams. The role is based in Malvern, PA and offers a hybrid schedule (onsite 2 days per week, with 3–4 days onsite during initial onboarding). This is a contract opportunity with potential for extension.
Compensation:
$68–$70 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the PHP Developer:

• Lead web and API development efforts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project timelines.
• Provide technical leadership, onboarding support, and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce architecture guidelines, and assist with testing and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills for the PHP Developer:

• 5–10 years of experience in web front-end and RESTful API development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and experience leading software implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with tools like Git, AWS, and CI/CD processes.
