Position Overview:

Wales Tradelinks Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our Wetherill Park location. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial health and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Description:

1. Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
2. Examining expenses submitted by employees
3. Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
4. Creating company financial reports with the above information included
5. Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
6. Payable bills Tax, BAS, GST, Supper, Group certifications, insurances etc
7. Must be familiar and able to work with MYOB
8. Analysing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
9. Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data
10. Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity, and cash
11. Determining the client's needs, explaining the creative process, recommending solution for invoicing’s

Selection Criteria:

1. Proven 2-3 years working experience in similar role
2. Experience using Excel and Microsoft Suite
3. Strong organizational & communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
4. Salary mentioned is preliminary and is subject to change based on your experience and skillset.
5. Must hold a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
