distributor. To continue our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and
experienced Systems Analyst to join our team at our Bella Vista head office, NSW location. This
position plays a vital role in our daily operation.
Position: Systems Analyst
Annual Salary: $80,000 + Superannuation
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the development of cooperate IT systems including business software package, company website, inventory database, etc.
- Examining business processes to identify inefficiencies in existing systems and drive for innovation
- Applying best practice techniques in identifying and proposing functional solutions to operational contexts
- Developing system specifications that can realise the expectations on system functionality
- Assisting in system development, upgrade, and maintenance projects
- Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and
- elements, forming a project team, establishing project budget
- Coordinating with technical support team to investigate system errors and find appropriate solutions
- Planning and undertaking regular tests on cooperate IT systems
- Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess system
- requirements.
- Configuring and maintaining backup for all internal and client’s databases using
- Unleashed software
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports or project progress reports
- Preparing user manuals and providing training to system users
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in information systems or relevant areas
- A minimum of 3 year of experience as a Systems Analyst
- High level knowledge of CCTV security systems and their applications
- Understanding of business operations and ICT specifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and determine priorities
- Ability to work in a team and work on your own
- Project management skills
