Position: Accommodation and Hospitality Managers

Successful Candidates will be responsible for the following:

1.Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our guest accommodation and hospitality services.

2.Manage, mentor, and support staff to deliver exceptional and personalised customer experiences.

3.Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate our accommodation and hospitality offering.

4.Maintain full compliance with all applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards.

5.Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.

6.Coordinate and supervise ongoing property and facility maintenance.

7.Drive targeted marketing initiatives and uphold the Cammeray Waters brand image.

8.Address guest enquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

9.Ensure every guest stay is memorable through meticulous attention to service and satisfaction.

10. Manage bookings and room allocations to maximise guest comfort and operational efficiency

11. Oversee coordinated meal service planning and event execution.

12. Train and develop staff to consistently meet Cammeray Waters’ hospitality standards and ethos.

Salary: 80,000 to $90,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

Qualification (preferred): Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Diploma or bachelor’s degree ideal).

Experience (REQUIRED): A Candidate is required to have at least three (3) years of working experience as an Accommodation and Hospitality Manager.

1.Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse hospitality team.

2.Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with a commitment to operational excellence.

3.Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

4.Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards, including accommodation operations, event coordination, and regulatory compliance.

5.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage client enquiries and concerns with professionalism.

6.Experience with hospitality systems, booking platforms, and property management software (e.g., RMS, Opera, Cloudbeds).

7.A hands-on approach with sound knowledge of hospitality best practices, including facility maintenance, housekeeping standards, and F&B coordination.

8.Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute hospitality-related tasks with attention to detail and quality.
