Job Description

Project Administrator

Daily tasks include:

  1. Coordinating project schedules and daily site documentation
  2. Managing WHS compliance records (SWMS, works methodology, risk assessments)
  3. Liaising with builders, suppliers, and subcontractors
  4. Organising procurement, plant hire, skip bins, and waste-management services
  5. Preparing project reports, quotes, and progress documentation
  6. Maintaining project files, inductions, and site administrative requirements

Requirements:

1) Level of required qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Project Management, or

Construction Management is highly regarded

2) Number of years of experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in demolition

project administration

3) Other Main requirements to be considered for the position: Strong understanding of WHS

compliance and site documentation. Experience coordinating with builders, subcontractors,

and suppliers. Proficiency with scheduling, procurement, and project-management software.

Ability to work in fast-paced construction/demolition environments. Strong communication

and organisational skills.

Annual salary: $76,515 + superannuation (40 hours/week)
