We are currently seeking HR Adviser to join the team on a full time basis. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $77,000 will be offered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide human resource advice and support to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding
- Collaborate with managers to create effective recruitment and hiring processes including advertising for job vacancies, arranging interviews and conducting screenings.
- Training managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques and recruitment procedures.
- Discuss terms and conditions of employment and benefits with employees.
- Coordinate the appointment process for potential employees.
- Design, implement and improve company and employee policies.
- Evaluate and update job descriptions.
- Use human resource software to input and compile data on employees and updating the records regularly.
- Ensure human resource policies and procedures are in line with current legislation and informing staff about changes.
- Act as the point of contact for managers and employees and respond to human resources queries from employees and managers.
- Manage employee relations including responding to requests, queries, or problems and facilitate conflict resolutions.
- Write and present information briefings on a range of human resource related topics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resource systems and practices in the workplace.
Skills and Experience :
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Hold relevant qualifications at a Bachelor level or higher
