HR Adviser


We are currently seeking HR Adviser to join the team on a full time basis. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $77,000 will be offered.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide human resource advice and support to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding
  2. Collaborate with managers to create effective recruitment and hiring processes including advertising for job vacancies, arranging interviews and conducting screenings.
  3. Training managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques and recruitment procedures.
  4. Discuss terms and conditions of employment and benefits with employees.
  5. Coordinate the appointment process for potential employees.
  6. Design, implement and improve company and employee policies.
  7. Evaluate and update job descriptions.
  8. Use human resource software to input and compile data on employees and updating the records regularly.
  9. Ensure human resource policies and procedures are in line with current legislation and informing staff about changes.
  10. Act as the point of contact for managers and employees and respond to human resources queries from employees and managers.
  11. Manage employee relations including responding to requests, queries, or problems and facilitate conflict resolutions.
  12. Write and present information briefings on a range of human resource related topics.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resource systems and practices in the workplace.

Skills and Experience :

  1. Minimum 3 years experience
  2. Hold relevant qualifications at a Bachelor level or higher
