Meridian Caravans Pty Ltd T/A Wonderland RV is a leading caravan manufacturing company based in Campbellfield, VIC. We design and build high-quality caravans that combine innovation, functionality, and durability for the Australian market.

We are currently seeking a full-time Draftsperson to join our team. This role is integral to the design and production process, ensuring our caravans are manufactured to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed technical drawings and 3D models of caravan components, layouts, and

assemblies for production.

• Interpreting specifications and translating them into accurate manufacturing drawings.

• Collaborating with engineers and production teams to resolve design and fabrication challenges.

• Modifying and updating existing drawings to reflect design improvements.

• Maintaining drawing records, documentation, and design archives.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant design standards, safety codes, and industry regulations.

This position offers an annual salary of AUD $76,515.00 plus superannuation.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A diploma or advanced diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Design, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 12 months prior relevant experience in a drafting role, preferably within

manufacturing or automotive/caravan industries.

• Strong technical drawing skills with proficiency in relevant CAD software and drafting tools.

• Ability to interpret engineering specifications and translate them into detailed production-ready

drawings.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical documentation.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineering and

production staff.

• Knowledge of Australian design and safety standards in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
