Aftermarket Consultant


The Aftermarket Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability by promoting and selling aftermarket products and services. This includes accessories, protection packages, extended warranties, and performance upgrades. The consultant works closely with customers post-sale or during service visits to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.

???? Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle, vehicle usage, and preferences
  2. Present and explain aftermarket products such as window tinting, paint protection, floor mats, roof racks, and tech upgrades
  3. Offer extended warranties, service plans, and insurance products where applicable
  4. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions
  6. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  7. Process orders, schedule installations, and follow up on customer inquiries
  8. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory standards

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers
  4. Knowledge of vehicle accessories and aftermarket trends
  5. Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM and dealership software
  6. High attention to detail and organizational skills
  7. Valid driver’s license
