Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using PHP (7.x/8.x), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems, websites, and databases for high performance and reliability.
  • Integrate REST and SOAP web services.
  • Collaborate with Linux and Windows teams on deployments and infrastructure design.
  • Translate business requirements into effective, maintainable code solutions.
  • Perform debugging, code reviews, and optimization for performance improvements.
  • Stay current on new technologies and recommend innovative solutions for future projects.

Qualifications

  • 3 7 years of experience as an Application Developer or Software Engineer.
  • Strong expertise with PHP (7.x/8.x) and the LAMP stack.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Dojo, or Ionic.
  • Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android, Cordova) a plus.
  • Familiarity with MySQL, MSSQL, or Sybase ASE databases.
  • Source control experience (Subversion preferred).
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
