Service Advisor


The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department. They ensure that customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair needs with technicians.

????? Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather vehicle information.
  2. Service Recommendations: Advise customers on necessary services, maintenance schedules, and repair options.
  3. Estimate Preparation: Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service work.
  4. Work Order Management: Create and manage repair orders, ensuring all customer requests are documented.
  5. Coordination: Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely completion of work.
  6. Follow-Up: Notify customers of service progress, delays, or additional issues found during inspection.
  7. Quality Assurance: Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle release.
  8. Sales Support: Promote additional services or products when appropriate.

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Basic automotive knowledge or technical aptitude
  3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  4. Proficiency in service management software
  5. Customer service experience (automotive industry preferred)
