About the Role:

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring ICT solutions meet organizational objectives. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and translating them into clear technical specifications. You will support the design, testing, and implementation of ICT systems while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs, conduct workshops, and translate complex business problems into clear ICT requirements.
  2. Map “as-is” processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and recommend improved “to-be” workflows supported by ICT systems.
  3. Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to design ICT solutions that are technically feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  4. Act as the primary bridge between business users and ICT teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Develop test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria; support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
  6. Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and detailed user manuals; maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation.
  7. Support the rollout of new systems and processes, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of ICT solutions.
  8. Ensure ICT initiatives are consistent with organizational strategy, compliance frameworks, and security policies; recommend ICT innovations to improve competitiveness.
  9. Use analytical tools to interpret data trends, generate insights, and create reports or dashboards to guide strategic decision-making.
  10. Stay updated with emerging ICT technologies and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to systems and processes.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 + years of experience in the role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in BI tools.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and deliver insights under tight deadlines
