Deliver high-quality structural models and drawings for bridges and road assets across Queensland’s transport network.

We’re offering a rare opportunity for a talented Structural Modeller and Drafter to join the Structures team at Transport and Main Roads (TMR). In this permanent full-time role based in Brisbane CBD, you’ll contribute to the planning, design, and stewardship of bridges and structural road assets across Queensland’s state controlled network.

You’ll develop and maintain high-quality 2D and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and 12D, ensuring accuracy, compliance with departmental standards, and integration into broader engineering workflows. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you’ll support digital engineering delivery and help shape the future of transport infrastructure.

We’re looking for someone with drafting qualifications, strong software proficiency, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
