As an ICT Business Analyst at AAA Radiator Specialists, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with Professionals, stakeholders, and management to provide actionable insights and ensure data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and process data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and internal systems.

Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Develop and maintain data analysis tools, dashboards, and reports.

Perform statistical analysis and data modelling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Present findings and insights to stakeholders and management.

Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ICT data analysis.

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of MYOB Exo

Proven experience is Parts DB software and usage

Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role in an ICT environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau).

Strong knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with ICT industry trends and emerging technologies is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.
