Taxi Drivers

Roles and Responsibilities:

·Complying with all road rules, licensing conditions, and workplace health and safety requirements.

·Providing courteous, professional, and customer-focused service to all passengers.

·Collecting fares, processing payments, and issuing receipts in accordance with regulations and company procedures.

·Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the taxi at all times.

·Performing basic vehicle checks such as fuel, oil, water, tyre pressure, and lights.

·Transporting passengers to their destinations via the most efficient and safe routes, considering traffic and road conditions.

·Assisting passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling luggage or mobility aids when required.

·Using local area knowledge to select routes that minimise travel time and costs for passengers.

·Operating mobile computer terminals and radio communication systems to access details of passengers awaiting pick-up.

·Utilising GPS-enabled devices and dispatch radio networks to log in and retrieve passenger booking information.

·Recording trip details, kilometres travelled, and fares collected for operational and financial reporting.

·Managing challenging passenger situations with professionalism and conflict-resolution skills.

Skills & Experience:

·Certificate II or III Level Qualification is required.

·The candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience.

·Valid Driver’s License

·Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.

·Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Salary:

·$65,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Bookkeeper

Roles and Responsibilities:

·Identifying inconsistencies, errors, or unusual transactions that require investigation.

·Reporting any irregularities, discrepancies, or potential compliance issues to management promptly.

·Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

·Monitoring incoming and outgoing funds to maintain a healthy cash position.

·Ensuring tax reporting is accurate, compliant, and submitted within prescribed deadlines

·Liaising with accountants or tax agents to confirm the accuracy of tax-related reports.

·Recording financial transactions accurately using both manual and computerised accounting systems.

·Comparing internal financial records with monthly bank statements to ensure accuracy.

·Overseeing lines of credit to ensure balances remain within agreed limits.

·Compiling and generating financial statements from account books, ledgers, and other accounting records.

·Preparing detailed budget reports to track planned versus actual expenditure.

·Producing expenditure summaries and variance analyses to support decision-making.

·Creating and issuing accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.

·Preparing purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with company procedures.

·Recording and reconciling incoming payments before preparing bank deposits.

Skills & Experience:

·Certificate IV Level Qualification is required.

·The candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience.

·Strong knowledge of bookkeeping software.

·Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills.

·To be energetic and motivated.

Salary:

·$65,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Office Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

·Ensuring all office equipment is properly maintained and operational.

·Overseeing the availability and replenishment of office supplies to support smooth day-to-day functions.

·Assigning tasks to staff and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency, quality service, and compliance.

·Allocating human resources effectively to meet office, managing office space, and coordinating equipment to support daily business needs.

·Overseeing adherence to government legislation, policies, and procedures, and maintaining regulatory knowledge.

·Managing HR functions including recruitment, promotions, payroll, staff training, and performance management.

·Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

·Preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting management in achieving operational efficiency.

·Assisting in the planning and ongoing review of office and operational support services.

·Setting priorities and service standards to ensure smooth functioning of office

·Coordinating with professionals, contractors, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues.

Skills & Experience:

·Minimum Diploma Level Qualification is required.

·The candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience.

·Friendly, positive & approachable attitude.

·To be energetic and motivated.

Salary:

·$65,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
