We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to take charge of our administrative operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our medical centre.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, evaluate, and improve office services while establishing priorities and service standards.
  2. Allocate workspace and human resources effectively.
  3. Assign tasks, oversee staff performance, and prepare operational reports.
  4. Manage office records, accounts, and administrative systems.
  5. Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate business activities and resolve issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and relevant government policies.
  7. Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, promotions, payroll, and performance management.
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries.
  9. Organise meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain orderly filing systems.

About You

  1. Relevant qualification (minimum diploma-level) or proven industry experience.
  2. 1–2 years of prior office management or equivalent leadership experience.
  3. Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  4. Proven ability to lead a team, allocate tasks, and monitor outcomes effectively.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  6. Experience using “Best Practice” software is desirable.
  7. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to achieving operational efficiency.
