About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at W D Aluminum Fabricators Pty Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office in Keysborough, VIC. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the smooth running of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the overall administrative functions of the office, including overseeing staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient workflows, and managing human resources.

2. Handle accounting and financial tasks, such as processing invoices, payroll, and expense reports

3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service

4. Plan, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance

5. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, inventory, and supplies

6. Assist with special projects and other duties as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach

4. Proficient in using officesoftware, such as Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and project management tools

5. Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial management tasks

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
