MASTERMIND IT CONSULTING PTY LTD is seeking a dedicated and skilled ICT Support and Test Engineer to join our growing technical team on a full-time basis. We are a dynamic IT consultancy delivering tailored solutions to clients across multiple sectors. This role will play a vital part in maintaining system integrity, ensuring quality testing, and supporting end-users across various platforms and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Conduct system and application testing, identify bugs, and report issues with detailed documentation
Collaborate with software developers and project managers to ensure products meet functional and performance requirements
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans in alignment with business needs
Maintain support documentation, user manuals, and technical reports
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring performance, security, and availability
Assist in deployment of software releases and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and company protocols
Participate in continuous improvement and contribute to testing strategy and process enhancements
Skills and Experience Required:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an ICT support, software testing, or similar technical role
Strong understanding of system testing methodologies, QA processes, and issue tracking tools
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and support frameworks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Flexibility to adapt to different projects, priorities, and evolving technologies
