High Temperature Covers, a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of high-temperature thermal safety products, specializing in exhaust system solutions, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our production team at our Regency Park facility.

No industry specific experience required.

Position: Production

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing: Work alongside our skilled team to produce high-quality thermal safety products for exhaust systems.
2. Quality Control: Ensure products meet our rigorous quality standards through meticulous inspection.
3. Learning and Development: Willingness to learn and adapt to our unique manufacturing processes, including operation of CNC machines, industrial sewing machines, and use of CAD software.
4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.

Qualifications:

1. Basic Knowledge of Engines and Mechanical Systems: While industry-specific experience is not required, a basic understanding of engines and mechanical systems and well-honed problem solving skills are beneficial.
2. Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn are essential.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision in a manufacturing environment.
4. Physical Stamina: The role may involve standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy objects.
