Looking for a part-time office administrator for a family-owned blinds business based in Malaga.
Your role will include the following duties:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Directing clients around the showroom
- Booking appointments
- Preparing quotes, sales orders and invoices
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Collecting payments from customers
- Other data entry
- General administrative duties as required
Key skill requirements include:
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Attention to detail
- Independent and organised
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including phone manner
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adept at Microsoft Office programs (Excel)
- Knowledge of MYOB accounting or similar software preferable (not essential)
