ICT Project Manager

With over 10 years of experience, our specialists are trained to resolve any IT issue that may affect client’s business.

With the expansion of the business, we are now hiring a full-time ICT Project Manager position to work at our head office in Adelaide.

The duties and key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead, plan, and coordinate ICT and cyber security projects of IP Partners, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  2. Manage day-to-day project operations including resource allocation, task prioritisation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  3. Analyse business information needs and define technical solutions that align with organisational goals.
  4. Develop and implement ICT strategies, policies, and project plans that support business transformation and operational efficiency.
  5. Oversee the selection, deployment, and integration of ICT systems, ensuring effective training and support for end-users.
  6. Oversee ICT operations by setting priorities across development, maintenance, and support functions to maximise efficiency and performance.
  7. Manage to achieve project milestones, objectives, and deliverables within established timeframes and allocated budgets.
  8. Maintain oversight of system security and compliance, ensuring robust cyber security practices and risk mitigation measures are in place.
  9. Other related tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in ICT, Management or any related field is a plus. Or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the qualification.
  2. At least 3 - 5+ years of experience in ICT project management or similar roles.
  3. Proven track record of delivering ICT projects on time and within budget.
  4. Experience with enterprise IT environments, digital transformation, or software/system implementation projects.
  5. Good stakeholder engagement and communication.
  6. Strong team leadership and collaboration.

Benefits:

  1. Annual salary from $90,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation
