Duties for the position:
- Support the setup, configuration, and monitoring of network infrastructure.
- Perform comprehensive network and server stress testing to assess system reliability under load.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Monitor Network performance, detect potential faults or intrusions and coordinate rapid incident responses.
- Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical networked applications.
- Deploy and manage remote access solutions for mobile field agents and offsite support teams
- Implement and Manage VPNs, Firewalls and encryption protocols to secure sensitive client and business data.
- Support and troubleshoot VoIP systems, call center solutions and unified communications technologies.
- Optimise Internal network system of ours for high availability of claim management, CRM system, Telematics and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with organization's vendors and service providers for network hardware, procurement, upgrade and SLA management.
Requirements for position:
- Eligible to work minimum 38 hours so full time work availability
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and automation scripting
- Experience with network hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as a great team member
- Minimum 1 year full time work experience in same position
Practical experience with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and support is highly valuable as this position is very critical for company's operation where as Network Engineer you will be communicating with all take holders from time to time.
