The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver commercial construction projects from initial planning through to handover. You’ll be working closely with all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities

1. Liaise with municipal authorities to obtain permits for construction permits to ensure the work can be commenced.
2. Make overall planning of projects, including human resource, construction methods, schedule, quality standards, etc.
3. Collaborate deeply with professionals to develop technical solutions for building remediation.
4. Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, procurement, construction, and close-out.
5. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, ensure milestones and performance indicators are met.
6. Strictly abode by laws and regulations for safety production, conducted risk pre-warning for the quality of construction projects to prevent safety accidents.
7. Strictly implement the highest industry standards for building remediation to ensure that every crack repair and concrete replacement meets the requirements.
8. Oversee the implementation of work standards and promotion of progress for subcontractors.

Your Background

1. A Construction Management/Project Management degree or equivalent - this is a must
2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a construction project managerial role
3. Strong knowledge of construction management, and risk mitigation
4. Confident communicator with solid leadership and stakeholder management skills
5. Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving
6. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
