The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining inventory levels. 7. Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
8. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to maximize efficiency.
9. Motivate and develop team members through coaching and performance evaluations.

11. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
12. Oversee opening and closing procedures.
13. Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
14. Inventory Management
15. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
16. Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory accuracy.
17. Prevent loss and manage shrinkage through effective controls.
