Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Knowledge Acquisition: Learn and understand the characteristics and selling points of the machinery.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee existing client portfolios by managing quotations, executing orders, and conducting timely follow-ups to successfully convert quotes into closed deals.
- Product Marketing: Present our comprehensive suite of products and services to both current and prospective clients, customizing offerings to align with their unique requirements.
- Business Growth: Pinpoint and pursue fresh sales prospects through proactive engagement and networking initiatives.
- Sales Execution: Craft and present quotations, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals swiftly to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
- Communication Management: Handle a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to client queries.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities and sustain a competitive advantage.
- Sales Report: Compile sales reports in a timely manner to provide data that supports the adjustment of sales strategies and cost allocation.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial products.?
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.?
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.?
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.?
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions.
- Diligent and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with electrical, or trade backgrounds preferred.
